Hotels, Motels and other Lodging

During the summer season, prices for lodging are quite expensive. Staying in town means you can walk everywhere, and the neighborhoods with their charming 19th century houses are well worth the viewing. If you stay out of town you get a wider range, from high end resorts, to quaint bed & breakfasts, to family vacation resorts. Lodging for Cooperstown locations tends to be handled through various merchant websites, our favorite is the Chamber of Commerce site, www.cooperstownchamber.org. So, while BallPark Travel prefers that you book through one of our sponsor links, we provide this information for your convenience. If you've stayed at any of these lodgings, please submit a review.

  • LODGING
    • Lake Front Motel & Restaurant. A two-base motel: clean, comfortable accomodations, cable TV, convenient location, friendly staff, but not upscale. Restaurant on premises was family-style, food was regular American style.
    • Best Western Cooperstown. What you would expect from a Best Western. The location is not in town, but next to a local shopping center.
    • The Otesaga Resort This resort is where the baseball people stay for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. It's a grand slam of comfort and style.
